Meet the Manager - Dawn Davis

Get to know more about our ADON, Dawn Davis, who goes above and beyond for our staff and residents at Claymont Health!

Dawn has been working in healthcare for the past 21 years and has worked at our skilled nursing facility for the last five of those years. She came to us with a wealth of experience, previously as an Activity Director, LPN and now our ADON.

"I chose to work in healthcare because you gain self-esteem and personal satisfaction from knowing that the comfort and care we provide enriches the lives of the people around us. My favorite part about my job is the connections with the residents. Seniors have a lifetime of experiences and knowledge to share that broaden one’s perspective."



Dawn grew up in Uhrichsville, Ohio. Some of her hobbies include swimming, going to the beach and spending time with family and friends. She is married and has three children, seven grandchildren, two cats, two dogs and a turtle. An item on her bucket list is going back to school to become an RN.
